Deliveries by our trusted third party carriers are available to addresses throughout the Country. If any of the order is missing or damaged please keep hold of the delivered product, the delivery note and any packaging.

At Tmybest we pride ourselves on our products and the “personal-touch” that we like to add to all orders. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order or you suspect products may be affected by a quality issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will remedy the problem.
1. You decide you don’t like it
If you’ve purchased products from us and it’s not to your satisfaction, we’ll gladly replace or exchange for an equivalent. Just bring them into our store and we’ll discuss a more suitable alternative.
Returned items must be unopened with labels and presentation in new condition and must have been stored and transported appropriately without damage.
2. Packing errors
If when your products arrives you realise there’s been a packing error, please get in contact with us immediately and we’ll remedy it. We’ll collect the incorrect and replace them with the correct items you requested.
3. Delivery damage
If any product is damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace. Please keep the damaged product, delivery note and/or packaging – as we may need these to discuss the incident with our couriers.

All vouchers will be supplied with an individual identification code. To claim the voucher sum, this code will be required. If purchasing online, please enter the code in the appropriate field to claim the discount. If you are purchasing in store, please hand the voucher to your Tmybest salesperson and the discount will be applied to your bill.

Cancellation & Refund

Orders & Payment
In order to purchase you must be over 18 years old and legally entitled to do so.
When you order through our website there is a minimum order value of 10, 000.
Once your order is processed by our system you will receive the first of two emails – your order confirmation. This means we are preparing and packing your order.
You have the option to pick up in either our Store No4 Block V Alesinloye Market. If you are picking up it is important to wait for our second email or phone call receipt of the second email (including the invoice) means the products are ready to be dispatched by courier, or to be picked up instore.
All goods are subject to availability
Payment should be made at the time of ordering by Visa or Mastercard through our secure server. It’s easy, so you will have those lovely products in your hand in no time at all.
